COVID-19 has had an enormous impact on the lives of all communities globally. It is not discriminative of age, gender, ethnicity sexuality and religion; It cares not who it attacks hence the reason why we have to be more vigilant than ever.

We have to follow Government guidelines: wash hands, wear a face mask and social distance - this virus jumps! More importantly we have to look after our health: physical, emotional, psychological and social.
Physical: Take exercise, walk in safe places, do exercise at home, dance to music—whatever you have to do to move your body!
Emotional: Be as positive as you can be - think the best! Reflect on each day and think, “how can I improve each day by engaging in positive thoughts?”. Speak to a friend, play music that inspires and relaxes you, dance, remember the “ Good Old Days”, remember those who inspired you, or were your role models, tell people around you that you love them, or prepare to forgive them! Meditate, find an enjoyable hobby or develop an enjoyable hobby.
Psychological: Think positive, meditate, examine your thoughts and build on positive thoughts , get rid of a habit that is not in your best interest with one that makes you feel good about self and others. Read positive quotes or make up your own quotes, write a story of your experience. Think about what can positively occupy your mind!
Social: Think about how you can maintain social distancing without putting the person you care for at risk or yourself. Who is in your social bubble? Is it strong enough to take the knocks, without getting or being overwhelmed, what are the things that you want to get out of the bubble and how can you contribute in a positive way-Have you a skill /expertise that you can offer.
Employability: Many individuals have been made redundant or fearing losing their job and it impact on their economic independence. Think about how you can create something that can generate an income, is a skill you need to learn?
